Terms of Service

COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION FORM 

Please complete your registration form at your earliest convenience. This will confirm your child's spot and ensures your child is photographed during photo week.

CANCELLATION 

If you wish to cancel your booking, please give 1 weeks’ notice via email to hello@leannejphotography.com.au and provide bank account details for your refund. Please note that your registration fee will become non-refundable once your child has been photographed.

PAYMENT 

No payment is accepted by the Centre and all payments are to be made to Leanne James Photography. Online payments can be made using Direct Deposit, Afterpay, VISA or MASTERCARD using my secure payment gateway options. I only accept Cash with a completed paper order form and these can be found at reception. *Please note that I do not accept AMEX or BPAY.

COPYRIGHT 

Leanne James Photography retains copyright of the photographs and grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the non-watermarked photographs for personal use only. Images are not permitted to be used for commercial business purposes or modelling portfolios unless there is a prior arrangement between Leanne James Photography and the Client.

Sneak Peeks will be posted on the Leanne James Photography Facebook Page where permission has been granted by parents/guardians.  Please do not crop, alter, apply filters or remove any watermarks. 

SESSION 

Leanne James Photography will not be held responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client's failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. Leanne James Photography is not responsible if the Client fails to cooperate during the portrait session. All effort will be made however to try again on another appropriate date and time.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY 

Leanne James Photography provides an easy online viewing and ordering process for families. Images will be fully edited and any bumps, scratches, spots etc. will be removed in the editing stage. Composite editing or alteration of appearance is not included.
